Ordering from the California Mustang Website is Easy:
Looking for Mustang performance parts? Browse any of our product catalogs, 24 hours-a-day, to select the parts and accessories that you want. After adding products to your shopping cart, simply click on the “checkout” button.  The checkout process will walk you through several windows where you will be asked to provide information that we will need to process and ship your order. Payment for online orders can be made using your MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover or Debit Card.

Other Order Methods: If you prefer, you may place your order by calling our customer service department Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm Pacific time, or Saturday, 9am to 3pm. We are closed Sunday. You may also FAX your order any time, day or night, 7 days a week.

International Orders:
California Mustang has satisfied customers in more than 72 Countries around the World! All orders shipped outside the U.S. must be prepaid in U.S. funds (credit cards and wire transfers are most commonly used). Shipping is estimated at 35% of your order. California Mustang will select the most efficient shipping method for your order and call, FAX or Email you the order total, including shipping, for your approval. Shipping includes a $20 international packaging and handling fee. Please disregard the shipping figures displayed in the shopping cart; these figures are an estimate. If your charges exceed the estimate we will contact you for your approval. If they are less we will adjust accordingly.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Domestic Orders
FREE SHIPPING: California Mustang pays regular UPS freight on Early Model Mustang parts’ orders of $400 or more to destinations within the 48 adjacent states. Excluded are oversize items, individual parts costing more than $300 and special orders or exceptions noted in our catalogs.

REGULAR SHIPPING on Early Model Mustang orders under $400, and all other orders is 12% of the order amount (min. charge $8.95).

SPECIAL SHIPPING DISCOUNTS are offered on many high value items. These money saving, low rates are calculated and displayed in the shopping cart. For orders in California, 8.25% sales tax will be added.

Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Puerto Rico
Orders must be prepaid by credit card, debit card or electronic wire transfer. Shipping includes a $15 packaging fee, plus an estimated shipping cost. These figures are an estimate. If your charges exceed the estimate we will contact you for your approval. If they are less we will adjust accordingly.

Oversize Items
Certain items noted in our catalogs must be shipped by Truck Freight because of size or weight limitations. These items, plus 115.00 California/145.00 out of state freight, must be prepaid and free shipping does not apply. When you submit an Online order that includes one or more Truck Freight items charges will be added. Included in the charge will be $15 per order for Truck Freight packaging. We may contact you if more charges are required.

Rush Delivery
Next Day, Second Day and Three Day service are available in most areas. For rush delivery, California Mustang will charge a $15.00 handling fee, and the exact amount of air charges. You will be contacted by phone for authorization if the charges exceed what is estimated. Important! Orders will not ship without verbal approval of additional shipping charges.

RETURNS
You may return any item to California Mustang within 30 days of receiving it. Therefore, always inspect your order immediately upon receipt to make sure it is correct and undamaged. After 30 days we cannot accept returns for any reason including errors and defects. To return anything within the 30-day limit, the following procedure must be followed:

1. Contact our Customer Service department by Phone or Email and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number. This number must appear on the front of the package you are returning.

2. Include the following with your return: (a) a copy of your original invoice and (b) a note stating why you are returning the item and whether you want a refund, replacement part or credit on account.

3. Insure the return package and pay the shipping charges. We are NOT responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise returned to us. Freight collect packages are not accepted.

All returns are accepted subject to inspection by California Mustang. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNED PARTS WHICH HAVE BEEN USED, MODIFIED, DAMAGED, OR PAINTED. California Mustang is not responsible for any installation charges.

DAMAGE CLAIMS
The carrier is responsible for delivering merchandise in good condition. Therefore, you should inspect each package upon delivery, point out any damage to the delivery person, call California Mustang immediately. California Mustang cannot replace merchandise damaged in transit if a damage claim has not been made within 48 hours of receiving merchandise.

OTHER POLICIES

Special Order Items
Some items listed in this catalog are made to order by the manufacturer. These “special order items” require pre-payment by debit card, Credit Card, or wire transfer funds cannot be canceleld and are non-returnable.

Back Orders
Items temporarily out of stock will be placed on back-order unless you indicate cancellation. All shipping charges on regular domestic orders are charged on the initial order, so back orders are shipped at no additional charge. Shipping on all other orders is charged when back orders are shipped. Back ordered items usually are shipped within 45 days, however, availability can change and California Mustang reserves the right to cancel any back order and issue a refund where applicable.

Refused Shipments
The customer is responsible for freight both ways on any shipment for which delivery is refused.

Warranty; Limited Liability
Merchandise is warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. California Mustang will, at its option, repair, replace or refund the cost of defective merchandise as described under “RETURNS” above. Other warranties may be offered at the discretion of the manufacturers of merchandise distributed by California Mustang. There is no other express or implied warranty, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. California Mustang shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of merchandise and is not responsible for any installation charges. This warranty may not be changed except by written notice signed by an officer of California Mustang.
